For UK construction contractors

Construction management software that knows what to do next

HubTrack runs every job on one track, from first enquiry to final payment - tender, pricing, safety paperwork, site, handover and the retention money. At every step it shows you the one thing the job needs next.

Sign up in minutes and start the same day. The price is on the page, and if you would rather be shown round it first, we will do that too.

  • Pricing published, on the website

  • Your whole team signs in free, never per seat

  • Export everything you own, whenever you want

  • Sign up in a minute, or ask for a walkthrough

Everything about the job, in one place the whole team can see

The tender is in one folder, the price is in a spreadsheet, the safety paperwork is in somebody’s inbox and the retention is in your head. That holds together until someone is off, a date slips or a client asks for proof, and then it costs you an evening you did not have.

HubTrack is construction management software that puts the whole life of a job in one place: enquiry, tender, price, safety paperwork, site record and the last of the retention money.

Anyone in the company can open a job and see where it stands, what needs attention and what to do next. Moving across is not an IT project either - your first job can be on the track this afternoon.

Every job on one track - the next step always obvious

Every job in HubTrack moves along the same track of seven stages: Opportunity, Tender, Submission, Mobilisation, Delivery, Handover and Aftercare. Open any job and the screen answers three questions at a glance: where is this job, what needs attention, and what do I do next.

  1. Opportunity
  2. Tender
  3. Submission
  4. Mobilisation
  5. Delivery
  6. Handover
  7. Aftercare

The gate: what has to be true before site

Before work starts on site, the gate checks the things that must be true first - insurance certificates with the client, a named site supervisor, first aid provision in place. If something is missing, the job says so plainly, before Monday morning rather than on it.

Nothing rests on anyone’s memory

HubTrack is a guided system: it asks, you answer, and the next step is always on screen. So whoever in the team picks the job up, the documentation gets done thoroughly, first time, instead of living in one person’s head.

That is the whole idea of HubTrack: you always know what to do next.

Win more of the work you bid for

Winning work starts long before the site does, and HubTrack is built for that whole stretch.

  • Every tender in one queue

Each with its return date, so no bid is lost to a missed deadline.

  • Tender documents read for you in minutes

Aimee pulls out the scope, the risks, the exclusions and every date - not an afternoon’s reading.

  • Prices built from jobs you have actually done

Labour, plant, materials, prelims and margin, informed by what past jobs really cost.

  • Subcontractor returns side by side

Inclusions, exclusions and price compared, so the cheapest number stops winning by default.

When two firms chase the same contract, the better-prepared bid usually wins. HubTrack’s tender management keeps every bid, clarification and deadline in one place, so the better-prepared firm is yours.

A stack of ring binders and stapled tender documents on an office desk, edges marked with index tabs.

Safety paperwork in minutes - signed off by you

Aimee drafts the safety paperwork each job needs - risk assessments and method statements (RAMS), the construction phase plan, toolbox talks - from what you have already told HubTrack about the job.

  • You review, edit and sign off

Nothing is issued until a person has read it and put their name to it.

  • Every sign-off on the record

Who confirmed it, when, and the exact words they agreed to.

  • A record that cannot be quietly edited

Nobody can change it, and it outlives the job.

One honest line, because it matters: HubTrack is a time-saving tool, not a compliance manager. No software can take responsibility for safety off your shoulders, and you should be wary of any that claims to. What HubTrack does is make the paperwork fast, consistent and provable, so the hours go into the job instead of the documents.

Hands signing the last page of a printed document at a desk, a hard hat and safety glasses beside them.

Turn the ESG questions into work you win

Main contractors and public-sector clients now pass environmental and social questions down the supply chain, and UK government contracts carry a mandatory social value weighting. For most contractors that means a painful evening per tender, hunting for proof of things the firm genuinely does. HubTrack assembles the answers from records your jobs have already created:

  • Training and toolbox talks, on the record

  • Waste records and site evidence, already filed

  • Local labour and apprenticeships, evidenced

HubTrack never certifies ESG performance. It does something more useful: it lets your own evidence do the talking, and when two firms bid for the same contract, evidence wins.

An open lever-arch file and loose certificates spread across a desk under a lamp in the evening, a hand resting on one page.

What contractors say about our work

HubTrack is new. The company behind it is not - these are United Applications customers talking about RAMS AI, our safety-document product, and the one that taught us how to build this one.

  • We can now create much more accurate RAMS documents than we were producing from generic templates. The guided questions help us include the right site details, risks and controls before anything is issued.

    ARC Electrical

    Electrical contractor, Yorkshire

  • Creating RAMS is now much quicker and easier. Instead of trying to build a document from scratch or copy an old one, RAMS AI gives us a clear process and a professional document at the end.

Aimee, HubTrack’s AI assistant

Aimee

HubTrack’s AI assistant

Meet Aimee - she prepares, you approve

Aimee reads your tenders, drafts the paperwork each job needs, and watches the dates - insurances, training cards and accreditations heading towards expiry. She prepares; you approve. Nothing is sent, issued or signed until a person has read it - that rule is written into the product, not the marketing.

Plenty of software now claims AI. The difference is what the AI is for: Aimee exists to take the mundane, time-consuming end of the job off your desk - the reading, the drafting, the chasing of dates - not to make decisions that are yours.

Built for the firms that do the work

HubTrack is built for the contractors who do the work - firms from a handful of people to a few hundred, and the people inside them:

  • The director

Sees where every job stands without asking anyone.

  • The estimator

Prices three tenders at once without losing one.

  • The office manager

Chases certificates before they lapse, not after.

  • The site manager

Gets the day’s paperwork without phoning the office twice.

The office and the site see the same job. HubTrack serves the UK and the US with each country’s own terminology and documents - not one market’s forms renamed for the other.

Moving over is the easy part

Most firms come to HubTrack from a spreadsheet, a shared drive and a full inbox - not from another system. There is no migration project, no consultant and no training course between you and a working job. There are two ways in, and both work:

Start from scratch

Put your next job on the track and judge HubTrack on it - most firms are working in it the same afternoon. The rest can follow at your pace.

Pick up where the spreadsheet left off

Import the jobs you already have, live and finished, so nothing starts again from zero and your pricing keeps its history.

  • Nothing to install

HubTrack runs in the browser, on the office desktop and the site phone. No servers, no IT department.

  • No training course

Every screen tells you what it is for, what needs attention and what to do next. That is the product rule it is built on.

And if HubTrack is not for you, everything you put in comes back out - your data exports whenever you want. Moving in is not a trap door.

Why is HubTrack different from other construction software?

Most construction project management software starts when the job is won and stops when the site closes. HubTrack is different, deliberately, and in three ways that matter.

It covers the whole job, not the middle of it

A job begins at the enquiry and ends at the final retention payment, so that is the track HubTrack runs on - tender and pricing at one end, the last of the retention money at the other.

And it is sold the way contractors buy

Most construction software is still sold the old way: no price until you ask for one, a quote that needs a meeting, and a per-seat charge that punishes you for letting your own team in. HubTrack publishes the price, you sign yourself up, the whole company is one subscription, and your data exports whenever you want it to.

And it is built by construction people

The stages are the real stages of a job, and the paperwork is the real paperwork - because the people who designed them spent their working lives on and around sites, long before a line of HubTrack was written.

  • Faster

Tenders read in minutes, paperwork drafted in the background, prices built from your own job history.

  • Provable

Every certificate, sign-off and decision has a date, an owner and a record that stands up later.

  • In control

One list, in the right order. Every job tells you the one thing it needs next.

  • Calmer

The site sees what the office sees. Nothing lives in one person’s head, and nothing quietly slips.

How much does HubTrack cost?

Every site document from £37 a month, or run your whole team from £197, and your entire team signs in free on every plan, so you are never doing sums before you let a site manager in.

Nothing is hidden until you ask. The price is published on the pricing page, you can start on your own, and if you would rather have a walkthrough or a hand getting set up, we do that as well.

Questions contractors ask

What is HubTrack?

HubTrack is construction management software for contractors. It runs every job on one track from the first enquiry to the final retention payment - tender, pricing, safety paperwork, site records and the money, so anyone in the company can open a job and see where it stands, what needs attention and what to do next.

Is HubTrack suitable for small contractors?

Yes. Nobody is charged per seat - your whole team signs in free on every plan, so a five-person firm pays for one subscription, not five. Plans differ only in how many full RAMS you finish in a month; toolbox talks, inductions and COSHH assessments are never counted. There is nothing to install and no IT department needed - if you can use a browser, you can run your jobs on it.

Does HubTrack guarantee compliance?

No, and you should be wary of any software that says it does. Compliance is a matter of what actually happens on site, and it belongs to competent people, not software. HubTrack makes the paperwork fast, consistent and provable: it drafts, organises and records, and qualified people review and sign off.

Can I get my data out of HubTrack?

Yes - all of it, whenever you want. Your jobs, documents and records export in usable formats, and that right is not held hostage by a subscription. Your work belongs to you.

Does HubTrack work in the United States?

Yes. HubTrack serves the UK and the US with each jurisdiction’s own terminology and documents - a US contractor sees JHAs and OSHA-shaped paperwork, not renamed British forms.

How hard is it to move over from spreadsheets?

It is not a migration. Put one live job on the track and judge HubTrack on it - most firms are working in it the same afternoon. Past jobs can be imported so your pricing starts with history in it, and there is nothing to install and no training course.

Do HubTrack’s free tools need an account?

No. Each free tool produces a genuinely useful document without an account and without asking for your email first. If you need one document today, take it with our compliments.

Where is my data held?

In the UK and EU, in London data centres, with a record of every change that nobody can edit. HubTrack is built on the assumption that one day you will need to prove something, so the record is designed to be provable.

You know what to do next.

Put your first job on the track this afternoon - fourteen days free, no card needed.
