Every trade, one scale
The bar is the middle half of each trade’s awards and the dot is the middle award. The scale steps by tens, so the smallest trade and the largest both fit on it.

Where these figures come from
Every figure is read from contract award notices published by UK public bodies - councils, NHS trusts, housing associations, government departments - under the Open Government Licence. Nothing is estimated, modelled or filled in. A figure appears only once enough awards support it, and it always states how many.
The figures are rebuilt each night, last on 20 September 2026. They cover publicly tendered work, which is not the same as domestic or private commercial work: a price here is what a public body paid a contractor on a contract that went through a formal tender.

HubTrack is where small construction firms keep their compliance documents, their jobs and their evidence trail in one place - method statements and risk assessments prepared for you to check and sign off, and a record of who signed what and when. The same engine that reads the contract documents behind this page reads yours inside HubTrack.
