Want to understand it, not just do it?

The free guides explain the paperwork in plain trade language - what COSHH is, how an assessment works, what the nine hazard symbols mean, and how to read a safety data sheet. Every regulation named and linked, every figure carrying its source.

Looking for RAMS?

Risk assessments and method statements are a whole product, not a free tool, and we already make it. RAMS AI is our sister product, built by the same team, generating RAMS for UK contractors for over a year.

Why are these free?

Because a one-off need should not cost you a subscription. If you need one construction phase plan this year, take it - you were never going to be a customer, and that is fine. The documents carry a small “made free by HubTrack” line, and people who like them tell other people. That is the whole trade.

The difference comes when the paperwork is every week, not one-off. These free construction tools remember nothing - every visit starts from a blank form. HubTrack remembers everything: your company details, your people, your jobs, every document versioned and tracked with your own name on it instead of ours. When re-typing starts to grate, that is the moment HubTrack is for.

Questions people ask

Are these tools really free?

Yes. Every tool on this page works without an account and without giving us an email address. The documents carry a small “made free by HubTrack” line - that is the whole price.

Can I use the documents on a real job?

That is what they are for. Every document is fully editable and you stay responsible for making sure it fits your job - these tools save you time; they do not replace your judgement or tell you that you have complied with anything.

Do the tools save my work?

No - deliberately. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to come back to. If you are producing these documents every week, that is the job HubTrack itself does: everything remembered, versioned and branded as your company.

Why is there no RAMS tool here?

Because RAMS deserve more than a free form. Our sister product RAMS AI does risk assessments and method statements as its whole job - if that is what you came for, it is at ramsai.co.uk.

You know what to do next.

Or just use a tool and go - that is allowed.
