£497a month
£4,970a year - 2 months free
- £166per company
- £12.43per person
£497 covers 3 companies and 150 RAMS. After that, £97 buys another company or another 50 RAMS. Everyone signs in free - office and site alike.
The best £37 you'll ever spend on paperwork
- You pay for RAMS with your evenings.A health-and-safety consultant would charge £300–£500 for one. You've never paid that - you pay with your evenings instead, and your hours have a rate too. Documents writes it in minutes, with the kettle still warm.
- Never turned away at the gate.A document built from this job's details, not last job's with the address changed, goes through the checker first time. One lost Monday morning costs more than the month does.
- You look the part.Your name and logo on every page, laid out like the big firms' paperwork. The outfit that looks organised gets the next enquiry.
And when the work grows, the rest of HubTrack is one step up - nothing you've built is ever lost.
The hardest-working £197 in your team
- Paperwork hours are your dearest hours.Whoever writes the RAMS, you or the office, is the same person who prices the work and keeps the jobs moving. A consultant would charge £300–£500 a document; Site writes it in minutes, and the hours go back into the work that pays.
- Right first time beats fixed on Friday.Copy last job's RAMS and the principal contractor's checker finds last job's address in it. Back it comes, the start slips, and a crew stood at the gate costs more before lunch than Site costs in a month. Documents built from this job's details go through first time.
- Go for the jobs you used to let pass.Site reads the pack, pulls the dates and builds the price in minutes, not half a day. When pricing work stops eating time, more bids go out, and more come back won.
If those sums don't fit your team, stay on Documents - it's a whole product, not a trap. But if you're pricing work and running lads, Site is the cheapest pair of hands you'll ever take on.
£247 to stop chasing other firms' paperwork
- Chasing subbies is somebody's wage.Days of every month go on ringing round for insurances, RAMS and cards. The directory does the chasing for you - that's a slice of an office wage back, every month.
- An expired ticket stops a site.Firm warns you before a card or a course lapses, so nobody finds out at the gate. One lad stood down for a morning costs more than the month.
- Bids that go out nailed down, win.Scope, exclusions and clarifications settled before it leaves - no surprises priced at nothing, and an evidence pack ready the day a client asks.
If Site already covers you, stay put. Firm is for the day other firms' paperwork became your problem.
The £497 ‘employee’ that runs the whole chain
- The mark that wins frameworks. An ESG mark proved by your own records, not a questionnaire, and the work that demands one is exactly the work worth winning.
- Three companies, not three subscriptions. The groundworks arm and the electrical arm run alongside the main company, each with its own name and logo on its own paperwork, and you move between them from one login. Three included, more at £97 each.
- Put work out, compare what's back.Packages out to your chain, returns side by side - the sharpest price on every package, not just the first voice back.
Sized to your operation and priced in the open, with a person answering within a day. And you'll get more than your money's worth out of Aimee alone - she asks the questions on every job, so nobody has to carry what a proper pack needs around in their head.
Fair questions
Is Documents enough on its own?
For a great many firms, yes, and we'd far rather you paid £37 than £197 for something you don't need yet. You get ten RAMS a month, unlimited toolbox talks, inductions and COSHH, and your name and logo on every page. What it doesn't do is run the work: no job tracker, no tenders read for you, no site diary. The day those start mattering, Site is one click up and nothing you've built is lost.
What makes Site worth £160 more than Documents?
Documents writes your paperwork. Site runs the work. Tenders read and priced for you, every job tracked from start to handover, the site diary and sign-offs evidenced as you go, and thirty RAMS a month instead of ten. Put numbers on it: the hours that go on paperwork, priced at your own rate, cover the difference inside a fortnight, and a document that's right first time never leaves a crew stood at the gate while it goes round again. If all you need is the paperwork, Documents is the right buy and we're glad of it. Site is for when the paperwork is the smallest part of your week.
We're on Site - what does Firm actually add?
Everybody else's paperwork. Site runs your jobs and your team; Firm handles the firms you take on - a directory that keeps their documents together, a warning before anyone's card or ticket lapses, scope and exclusions nailed down before a bid goes out, and a sealed evidence pack ready the day a client asks for one. Seventy-five RAMS a month rather than thirty, too. If you don't engage subbies and don't carry staff tickets, stay on Site - it'll serve you fine.
How is Group priced?
On two things you already know: how many companies sit under the roof, and how many full RAMS you get through in a month. £497 covers 3 companies and 150 RAMS; after that it is £97 for another company and £97 for another 50. Work your own number out on this page - the sliders in the Group panel do the sum, and it makes no difference how many office and site staff sign in. You never need a meeting to get a price, and a person answers within a day.
What's unlimited, and what counts against my plan?
Nearly everything is unlimited. Toolbox talks, site inductions and COSHH assessments - as many as the job needs, on every plan, for as long as you're with us. So are changes and reissues. The one thing your plan counts is a RAMS, and one is one however many trades it covers: a single trade in depth, like groundworks or roofing, or a few lighter jobs on the same visit. One number, on your screen, all month.
One RAMS and six toolbox talks - is that seven?
That's one, and the six are free. Toolbox talks never count, and never will - brief the lads as often as the job deserves. We count the document that takes real work to produce; the rest is what keeps a site right, and charging by the briefing would be a daft way to run a safety product.
What happens when I upload a tender?
Drop a tender in and HubTrack tells you quickly whether it is worth your time: what the job actually is, the dates that matter, and whether you can even bid it. Say you are pricing it and it goes through the pack properly - the documents they want off you, and anything missing, duplicated or superseded. Then you price it up and build the submission - all of that is on Site, not held back for a bigger plan. Firm adds the commercial armour on top: scope and exclusions, clarification questions, and one pipeline across every bid you have running.
What happens if I use my month's RAMS up early?
You carry on. Keep drafting, keep changing documents, keep running every job - none of that stops. It just means the work has outgrown the plan, so the app shows you the next one and moves you across in a click, with every job, record and screen exactly where you left it. A busy month is good news, and it should feel like it.
Who counts as a user?
Everybody's free. The office, the site crew, the apprentice who started Monday - every one of them signs in at no cost, on every plan. Put another twenty on for a big job and your price doesn't move. Paperwork only works when the whole team is on it, so it would be daft to charge you for the very thing that makes it work.
What do I save by paying yearly?
Two months. You pay for ten and get twelve, on any plan. Nothing else changes - same product, same everything, and the price you join at is still yours for good.
Are my documents still mine if I leave?
Always. Everything you make is yours to take: export the lot in one go, whenever you like, including on the day you close the account - the documents, and the record of who signed what and when. Take it or leave it, but it is there, and you never have to ask us for it.
Start free. Your first document will tell you more than this page can.
No card to start. And if you’d like a walkthrough first, or a hand getting your first job on, just ask - we’d far rather show you it working than have you guess. Full onboarding whenever you want it, and never something you have to sit through before you’re allowed to buy.
