One subscription for the whole company. Within your size, nobody is counting seats — the site manager always gets a login, and so does the apprentice.
Why we do not charge per seat
Most construction software charges for every person who signs in, at somewhere between £30 and £50 a head each month. On a fifteen-person firm that is £450 to £750 a month, and it quietly punishes you for putting your own team on the system — so the site manager gets left off, the paperwork goes back to being one person’s problem, and the software stops working the way it was supposed to.
HubTrack charges for the firm, not the head. A fifteen-person contractor pays £247 a month whether five people use it or fifteen. Put everybody on it. That is the only way any of this works.

What happens when you take on more people
You move up a band, and nothing else changes. Same jobs, same records, same screens — no migration, no re-training, and no renegotiation: the price simply moves to the next band. If you drop back down a size, so does the price.

Who counts as a person?
Everyone who signs in — office and site alike. Within your band nobody is counting, which is the point: the paperwork only works when the whole team is on it.
Is there anything extra to pay?
No. Every plan includes every feature, and the price on this page is the whole price. No setup fee, no per-document charge, no paid add-ons.
What happens after the fourteen days?
Nothing, unless you choose to carry on. There is no card on file to charge, so a trial that ends is simply a trial that ends.
Can we pay yearly?
Yes, and it costs ten months instead of twelve. Monthly is a rolling subscription you can stop whenever you like.
What if we outgrow the biggest band?
You don't — the top band has no ceiling. It is the same price whether you are a hundred and twenty people or four hundred.
Do we lose our data if we leave?
No. Your jobs, documents and records export in usable formats whenever you want them, subscription or not. Your work belongs to you.
