About HubTrack
Built by people who have actually done the work
HubTrack is made by United Applications Ltd, a British software company that has been building compliance tools for construction since before HubTrack existed. Our founder spent more than thirty years on and around construction sites before writing a line of it.

Why HubTrack exists
“After more than thirty years around construction, I have seen how much time good contractors lose to paperwork. Not because they are cutting corners — because they are trying to get the job started, satisfy the client and give the site team the right information, and the tools they have make that harder than it needs to be.
We built RAMS AI to fix one part of that: the safety documents. It worked, and it taught us something bigger. The paperwork is not the problem on its own. The problem is that the tender, the price, the documents, the site record and the money all live in different places, so nobody can see the whole job — and things fall down the gaps between them.
HubTrack is the answer to that. One job, one track, from the first enquiry to the last of the retention money.”

Thirty years on site first
Pricing and delivering construction work long before writing software for it.
RAMS AI came first
It fixed the safety documents, it worked, and it is still running today.
The paperwork was only half of it
The tender, the price, the site record and the money all lived in different places.
So HubTrack is one track
First enquiry to the last of the retention money, with no gaps to fall down.
We did not start here
HubTrack is not our first product. RAMS AI has been generating job-specific safety documents for UK contractors since before HubTrack was designed — risk assessments and method statements, construction phase plans, COSHH assessments, toolbox talks and site inductions — and it is still running today at ramsai.co.uk.
That product taught us the two things HubTrack is built on. The first is that contractors will happily let software do the typing, and will never let it do the deciding — so everything HubTrack drafts is reviewed and signed off by a person. The second is that the engine has to be deterministic. We rewrote RAMS AI’s three times before we accepted that structured rules do the compliance work and AI only assists. That lesson is written into HubTrack’s engineering rules, not left to memory.
Still live, still supported
RAMS AI continues as the safety-document front door and is not being switched off.
The same people, the same standards
One small team, one company, one set of rules about what software may and may not decide.
Nothing starts from scratch here
HubTrack is built on an engine that has already been through real sites and real clients.
What contractors say about our work
These are United Applications customers, talking about RAMS AI — the product that taught us how to build this one.
About RAMS AI
We can now create much more accurate RAMS documents than we were producing from generic templates. The guided questions help us include the right site details, risks and controls before anything is issued.

About RAMS AI
Creating RAMS is now much quicker and easier. Instead of trying to build a document from scratch or copy an old one, RAMS AI gives us a clear process and a professional document at the end.

The person behind it
Carl Barrie has spent more than thirty years on and around construction — residential, commercial and civil engineering — pricing work, delivering it, and dealing with the paperwork that comes with both. He speaks at health and safety events about doing this better, and he has been the one chasing a certificate at eight in the morning often enough to know exactly why HubTrack has to be quick.
That experience is not decoration on this product. It is why the seven stages of a HubTrack job are the real stages of a job, why the site-start gate exists, and why the last thing on the track is the retention money rather than a tidy “complete”.

What we build by
Simplicity
Complex rules, simple screens. We take the hard part; you should not have to learn a system to run your own jobs.
Deterministic first
Structured rules do the compliance work. AI prepares, drafts and suggests — it never decides. That is a rule in the code, not a promise in the marketing.
Led by the people doing the work
Every feature comes from a real contractor's real problem. We build with our users rather than at them.
Precision
Safety paperwork has no room for guesswork. Records are dated, owned, and built to be produced years later.
What we will not claim
We think you should be careful with any construction software that promises to make you compliant, so here is where we stand.
HubTrack is a time-saving tool, not a compliance manager. It is not approved or certified by any regulator. It drafts, organises, records and reminds — and competent people review, edit and sign off everything before it is issued or used on site. Responsibility for safety stays with the people doing the work, which is the only place it can honestly sit.
What we will promise is narrower and keepable: your paperwork will be faster, more consistent, and provable afterwards.
Something we put money behind
United Applications donates to the Lighthouse Charity, which helps people across UK construction with mental health, wellbeing and practical support when life gets hard. It is an industry that asks a great deal of people and has not always looked after them well. We would rather be part of the answer than not.
